"The site works, but it felt a..."
The site works, but it felt a bit clunky. A few pages loaded slower than I expected, which got annoying quickly. I was able to find most products without too much trouble, but the menu isn’t as clear as it should be. Checkout looks simple at first, but I still ended up clicking around more than I wanted to. It’s not terrible, but it definitely feels like it needs some cleanup...

"Felt overpriced for the quality"
Maybe I went in expecting more because of the way it was presented, but it just didn’t feel worth the price to me. The quality came across as average, and I couldn’t really see what justified paying that much

"Wrong items sent again"
I ordered a specific color and size, but ended up getting two items in the wrong sizes and a color I didn’t even pick. It’s really frustrating, especially because the return policy seems to have all these little loopholes that make it feel like the customer gets stuck dealing with their mistake. Annoying experience overall.

"Looks nice, but a little cluttered"
The site definitely has a modern, colorful look, which I like, but some pages feel way too busy and hard to browse. I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change, which made the whole experience a bit more frustrating. Overall the design is nice, but it could be simpler and clearer.

"Felt a little misled by the quality"
I thought these socks were going to hold up better, but they wore out fast. They seemed fine at first, so I was kind of disappointed when they started showing wear so soon. The quality was just okay, not really what I expected.

"Same issue again, and support was no help"
I’m tired of dealing with this same problem again. I waited days for a response, and when customer service finally got back to me, the replies were rude and didn’t help at all. I just wanted a simple fix, but it felt like I was getting brushed off...

"The sizing was so confusing?!"
I really liked the look of it, but the fit was kind of all over the place?! I ordered my usual size, and somehow it felt too tight in certain areas but loose in others. Definitely not comfortable enough for workouts. Maybe sizing up would help, but I’m not totally sure I’d buy it again.

"Comfy enough, but not totally perfect"
I got these socks a few weeks ago, or maybe it was last month, I can’t remember exactly, but I’ve been wearing them for light workouts and just lounging around the house. They’re definitely comfortable overall, and the fit was mostly good at first. After wearing them for a while though, they started to feel a little tight around my toes. They’re not bad socks, just not quite as comfy as I was expecting for the price.

The products themselves were fine, but my gut feeling after dealing with the return/exchange process is that it was more hassle than it needed to be. I was just trying to swap a size, and it ended up taking longer than I expected. The instructions weren’t super clear either, so I had to follow up to figure things out. Not a terrible experience overall, but i wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

i mean, it was fine at first, but the grip started wearing out quicker than I expected. It also slips during workouts sometimes, which gets annoying.

"Slow shipping had me suspicious"
The product itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping took way longer than I expected. The weird part was the lack of clear updates, like my package had entered some secret delivery black hole and nobody wanted to admit where it was. I’m not saying there’s a whole operation behind slow shipping… but the tracking info definitely felt a little too quiet. Overall, decent product, annoying delivery experience.

"I’ve been wearing this for a bit..."
I’ve been wearing this for a bit and the material is just okay for me. It feels decent at first, but it’s not quite as soft as I was hoping, and it’s a little thinner than I expected. After a while it does start to feel slightly rough on my skin. It’s not bad enough that I won’t use it, but I wouldn’t say I’m excited to buy more right away. I’d be interested to see if other people felt the same or if maybe I’m just picky about fabric.

"Held up okay, but I’m not totally convinced"
It lasted for a decent amount of time, so I can’t say it was terrible. But it did start wearing out sooner than I expected, which makes me wonder if it’s really as durable as it’s supposed to be.
